Scroll DAO Treasury Multisig
Tab Guide - The main DAO treasury. It holds and distributes funds to the other multisigs.
Scroll DAO Treasury Multisig
Overview
Wallet ID
treasury
Purpose
Holds the DAO's full fund allocation and distributes USDT and SCR to the other four multisigs as spending is approved.
What this tab shows
This is the primary view of the interface. It covers the entire DAO treasury and gives a consolidated picture of inflows, outflows, and fund distribution across the budget structure.
Summary Cards
Total Transactions, Incoming, Outgoing, and Uncategorised counts. The Uncategorised card turns green when all transactions have been reviewed, and red when any are pending.
Balances
Current token balances held in the Treasury Multisig (SCR, USDT, USDC, and any other tokens received), each shown with its live USD equivalent. Prices are updated in real time via DeFiLlama.
Treasury Outflow by Category
A visual breakdown of all outgoing transactions grouped by category. Unlike the other multisigs, where this section shows direct expenses, for the Treasury, the outflows include fund transfers to the other DAO multisigs. The label "Treasury Outflow" reflects this: not all outflows are final expenditure; some are internal fund movements.
Monthly Activity
A bar chart showing month-by-month fund movements, unique to the Treasury tab. It has two sub-views toggled by a button above the chart:
Transfers/Expenses: shows SCR and ETH moving out of the treasury each month (transfers to other multisigs + direct expenses).
Treasury Swaps: shows the SCR sold and USDT received from each swap. The view can be toggled between showing USDT received or SCR sold. Swap values are calculated at the token price at the time of execution, not at the current price.
Monthly Burn Rate
A bar chart showing the total USD value of genuine expenses per month, excluding internal transfers between DAO multisigs and swap transactions. This gives a cleaner view of the actual spending pace against the quarterly budget.
Budget vs Spent
A detailed breakdown comparing the quarterly budget approved for each category against what has been spent (or transferred out) so far. The Treasury view includes both:
SCR Budgets: categories funded in SCR, each with a progress bar and a tooltip explaining the USD/SCR exchange rate used at the time of the budget proposal approval.
USDT/Fiat Budgets: categories funded in USDT, shown as a separate group below the SCR table.
Each budget entry shows: the category name, the quarterly allocation, the amount spent or transferred to date, the remaining balance, and a progress bar. When a category funds a sub-multisig (e.g. Community Allocation goes to the Community Multisig), a drilldown row beneath it shows the breakdown of spending within that sub-multisig.
Transaction History
A table of all transactions involving the Treasury Multisig. Columns: date, transaction hash (linked to Scrollscan), amount, token, direction, category, signers (with human-readable aliases), and notes.
The direction filter defaults to "Fund Movements", hiding internal gas transactions and incoming receipts. Other filter options: All Transactions, category, token, date range, and free-text search. A CSV export button is available without login.
